Home Workout #6: "Kettlebell HELL"

I'm doing this TONIGHT. I'll post my time when I'm done. Hopefully you'll do the same. I plan on using a 44# bell (female, weighing 130), scale to your abilities. ;)

 Update: This took me almost 45 minutes (10ish minutes per round) and I almost died. It's a good one though! Only do one round unless you're a relatively advanced athlete. Just sayin.
